These asymmetrical earrings feature two large arch shaped backplates, each with a hand sawn leaping hare--one under the moon, one within the reeds. Below each hang triangular vibrant Blue Moon turquoise. These were dipped in patina and hand buffed for a matte finish. Crafted slowly, completely handmade, for a love of the wild things.
Each earring weights about 9.5 grams and measure 2.4 inches from the top of the ear wire, and 1.7 inches from the top of the arch.
All my jewelry is handmade. This means that no two pieces are alike, and they will have natural imperfections that arise from the process of creating. My craftsmanship embraces this aspect of slow + handmade work.
